Final Hot 100 Update

1. I will remember to take my supplements every night: Success! I cannot believe how easy this seemed at first, how important it is, and how it is now a habit.
2. When I feel the need to take ibuprofen, I will take one instead of two (or more): Again, success! Another seemingly easy goal, but has really made a difference in my life.
3. I will purposefully exercise every day: I did this in spite of my injury!
4. Try something new: I tried dried mangoes. Pretty yummy!

After today's weigh in, I have only lost 3 pounds over the past 100 days. But, I have implemented habits that are vital for m health. I am thankful for these goals that may be considered easy for many, but were a real struggle and a conscious effort for me.

Thanks for the challenge, South Beach Steve!

  1. Only 3 lbs down? That's incredible after all you've done and accomplished in the last few months! Your sling must be made of LEAD!

You did an awesome job setting your goals and sticking to them. i'm proud of you sistah!

  2. That is progress... while the scale didn't move a lot, it went in the right direction at a time of year when the average person GAINS! Kudos to you! I like dried mangoes but have to be very careful with dried fruits... to easy for me to overeat.

  3. I just wanted to stop by and tell you Happy New Year!
And with your little broken arm and all....
    onward to a great year!
    Happy New Year!

  4. Keep it up-I expect you to multiply that loss by 10 in the next 100 days! ;-) As you get better I'm sure it will get easier and easier.

  5. If you are feeling healthier and satified, then great. If you are still looking to lose weight, then do what you have to do to DO IT. Failure will not be an option if you want it bad enough and do something about it. I wish you success.

  6. Thanks everyone. Feeling a little weird today, I'll blog about it later.
