I weighed in this morning at 1.2 above my lowest! That is very exciting since my lowest was before the FOOSH (fall on an out stretched hand) and the pills that plugged my bowels. I have been working really hard these last few days and it is showing!
I am really excited because after having my iPod for over a year, I finally figured out how to make a playlist! AND I made a playlist! It is for running (or walking fast). I am really going to do this! I want to walk/run a half marathon this year, and my future self told me I was going to do it, so I guess I better not make myself a liar! I have over two hours of upbeat music to inspire me to move. I got the Nike+ thingy for my shoe yesterday, but I will use that only for serious training. Which means I have to get over the fact that I don't like being super cold. ugh. I'll figure sumpin out. Maybe I'll use it when I use the treadmill at my in-laws. I have to figure out how to ask for that!
