FRIDAY, FRIDay, Friday

I love Fridays! Well, for a few minutes, until I realize that the kids and hubby will be home all day Saturday and Sunday. Today is Brutus' birthday! He's ONE! Happy birthday buddy!

I am only down .7 which makes me 3 lbs above my highest. I am working today on more exercise, more water, less food. I will also be adding a few songs to my iPod along with the couch to 5K stuff. I have to do squats and sit ups.

Why can't I think of anything exciting to talk about?


  1. I went to the squats and situps site and was kinda confused, leave it to me. hahaha
    So just wondering if I can follow what you do for now? How many of each do you do and when?

  3. Oh Roxie-Girl, you don't want to follow me on the squat challenge! I am in week four day three, which means I am doing 40-45-40-40-as many as I can do with a minimum of 54. I would definitely start with week one on the squats. I do M-W-F as my day 1-2-3. For sit-ups, I am on week 1 day 3, so you can follow along with me, since I'm pretty wimpy in the sit-up area! That is 6-7-6-6-as many as I can with a min of 8.

  4. Friday is pretty darn exciting - except that I'm on holiday and have to go back to work on Monday :(

    Oh well, still love Fridays.
