I am pleased with the results, although putting the spout of a teapot in my nose was a little strange. I feel like it works better than decongestants in that I don't get the shakes.
I did very little in the way of exercise yesterday as I was feeling tired. I walked to and from work and that was it. I took a three hour nap today. When I woke up, I decided to saute some veggies. I put the lid on them, turned the stove to simmer, and walked with my neighbors. We ended up going three miles. When I got home, my veggies are all reduced to yummy goodness.
Veggies are as follows: zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant, onion, red pepper, tomatoes, and mushrooms. I will be putting these over pasta tomorrow for lunch, and maybe breakfast. I resisted the drive through urge today on my way home from work at the church. Instead, I stopped at a gas station and got a bottle of water. I also made good choices before work as well. I stopped at the grocery and got fresh fruit for me and the kids as snack. I ate the watermelon on my way to church, and the kids and I had strawberries and kiwi for snack. One little boy didn't think he would like the kiwi. He tapped it with his finger and then licked his finger. His eyebrows shot up and shortly after, the kiwi was history.
